House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician | $15/hr Training | $650–$1,000+/week | M–F 8–5 | Great opportunity for house cleaners, housekeepers, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, and residential cleaning professionals.

Provide professional residential cleaning services for homes in the Waynesville area using the company’s proven Speed Cleaning system. Cleaners work independently or occasionally with a team to deliver detailed, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, and fixtures

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop floors

• Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms

• Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards

• Follow company cleaning systems and safety procedures

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

• Communicate job completion and updates with the office

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and insurance

• Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

• Comfortable working around pets

• Non-smoker (vaping allowed if scent-free and can go several hours without it)

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Able to lift 25 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
